Notify Us About the Issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us via email. Send your message to info.canvasinspire@gmail.com, including a description of the issue, photos of the product, and your order number.

Claim Review

Once we receive your claim, we’ll review it within 14 days and get back to you with the next steps.

Replacement or Refund

If your claim is approved, you can choose between a replacement product or a full refund. The refund or shipment of a new product will be processed promptly after the claim is resolved.

Return Shipping Costs
